If you need to check for traffic fines or inquire about your balance, contact Justice NZ using the following details:

• Call 0800 4 FINES (0800 434 637) (toll-free within New Zealand)

Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

You can pay fines online, over the phone, from overseas, or in person. Remember, all fines must be paid within 28 days.
